- What Is The Paleo Diet? is a good place to start. By Robb Wolf. Be sure to sign up for their newsletter and get other great sources of information.
- Everything you need to know (and more) on one page, with Mark Sisson's easy going and clear approach to primal eating and exercising: Primal Blueprint 101. See also The Definitive Guide: The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson. Lots of good information, and links to how to get up and running quickly with a paleo/primal approach.

- For an article on nutrition and the history of how the relatively recent idea of "low-fat high-carb" got started see "What if It's All Been a Big Fat Lie?" in the New York Times by science journalist Gary Taubes.
